Installation

A continuous length of specially designed, flexible, oxygen impermeable pipe is accurately spaced and mounted over insulation and then sealed within a concrete screed or covered by chipboard dependant upon the construction techniques being employed. Each area or room is regarded as a ‘zone’ and the heating pipe forms a complete loop which starts and finishes at a central manifold. Each zone can be fully independently regulated via its own thermostatic control giving great flexibility throughout an entire building.

The heating pipes can be installed in a number of different ways dependant on the construction technique employed. Illustrated here are the most common methods used for timber and concrete floors.
