Crathie Manse Steadings

Project: Conversion of a Steading by Crathie Opportunity Homes for persons with Special Needs.

The steadings are located on the Queen Mother’s Estate at Crathie, right on the banks of the River Dee and one of her last visits there was to see how the work was progressing.

A complete heating system was installed including under floor heating to all the steading buildings including the boiler system. The entire installation is controlled by a weather compensating system.
